In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, an excellent interpersonal,communication and negotiation skills and strategic marketing. Previous experience as sales in IT Industry is a must.

Qualification
  • Generating leads, and maintaining quarterly minimum sales goals
  • Develop and execute short term and long term marketing plan and sales strategy
  • Support in Prospecting by Philgephs for potential bidding participation across the country and preparation of such bidding documents
  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
  • Support in Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders, and obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
  • Maintaining client records and answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses
  • Digital Marketing experience preferable
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics or related field
  • At least 4 years experience in sales particularly in IT Industry
  • Adept in sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, assertive and negotiation expert
  • Competency in Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Can travel across the country on flexible schedule and able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
  • A commitment to excellent customer service and company’s financial goal
  • Experience in Government bidding process is preferable
  • Digital Marketing experience preferable
  • Others as requested by the Management

Qualification
  • More than 3 years of experience in application design and development of web based Accounting, Inventory, Archiving, Taxation and other  Softwares, with Web Portal Management and Responsive applications background
  • Adept with Database (MYSQL), Security, Server (Linux),  PHP, Java script, JQuery, and Network
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle
  • Good presentation and communication skills, comfortable working with dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related discipline
  • Leadership skill
  • Willing to travel across the country for project implementation at flexible schedule
  • Can start ASAP
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead development team on delivering across the entire development life cycle- conceptualization, design, build, test, deploy and support
  • Conceptualize prototyping of new application ideas on range of platform according to client requirements
  • Carry out code reviews and assurance on the quality and performance of the application
  • Provide technical expertise for pre-sales activities
  • Diagnose and address application issues raised by the clients during and after deployment
  • Document all the deliverables during application development
Qualification
  • At least 1 year experience (OJT NOT Included) in related field and must have experience in developing 5 Mid Size Web Applications
  • Graduate of BS Computer Science, BS Information Technology or Vocational Graduate
  • Experienced on PHP, MySQL, Java Script, JQuery, AJAX and Web development concept
  • Candidate with Web Application design experience are most welcome
  • Network, PC technical support experience is a plus
  • Proactive and have commitment and take pride in the work
  • Good team player and flexible to work in a diverse environment
  • Willing to travel across the country for project implementation at flexible schedule
